How it Works
Student Procedures for ordering student background check and drug test. For questions about the process or regarding your background check call 877-803-6614 If you do not have access to the internet you may visit our office in person to order your background check.
Step 1.
Go to our home page then click order background check button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2.
Choose your school.
Step 3.
Enter your personal information on our secure site.
Step 4.
Enter your credit card information. Click Submit.
For payment by money order, please click on the money order box in the payment sections just above the credit card information. This will provide you the total cost of the reports. Please print the form and mail it with a money order to:

Step 5.
Our background screening system will run an address history from your social security number, and then determine what additional counties will be searched.
Step 6.
Once the address history is completed the total cost of your background will be provided. You will then approve the amount by clicking submit.
Step 7.
If you are required to take a drug test an email will sent to you with directions to the lab and a specimen ID number, within 3 hours of our normal business hours (8 to 5 MST). If you ordered your check after these hours or on the weekend your email will be sent next business day. You must have this SPEICMEN ID Number and a picture ID to take your drug test. You cannot take the drug test without these two pieces of information. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours please call (877-803-6614).
90% of the reports are completed within 48 hours. Searches may go beyond 72 hours due to archived records, restricted public records, court closures, and other circumstances beyond our control. All of your criminal record searches are obtained from the courthouses in a specific jurisdiction. Both the school and you will receive a copy of the completed reports. Drug test will be sent in a separate report and sent by email upon completion within 24-36 hours for negative results. Non-negative results may take longer.
